A sansabalongdrive representative must authorize all returns.
For authorization please call (325) 372-4271.
At the time of authorization you will be issued a Return Authorization Number.
This number must accompany your return.
When returning any item, please include in the package:
your name, address, phone number and the Return Authorization Number.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to sansabalongdrive.
The only exception to this is if the warehouse incorrectly picked the order.
sansabalongdrive will pay for return shipping to customers on items that were not filled correctly.
Items returned that have not been used are subject to a 10 percent restocking fee,
unless the item was sent to a customer in error.
Returns are not allowed for custom assembled clubs except as covered by our warranty policy.
All returned items must be unused and in unopened package.
Only orders of $200 or more, excluding taxes and shipping, being shipped within
the 48 Continental United States are eligible for Free Ground Shipping. Sansabalongdrive reserves the right to change prices on items and shipping at any time.International orders are different for all countries. Some International shipping of Dutiable Items require special requirments and may not be shipped. In case of non shipped items all finds will be returned. |
